Comprehensive collection of legal information available on the World Wide Web. This site is broken up into two different areas; one for the public and one for legal professionals. The site for the public, www.findlaw.com, provides general informational overviews on legal topics (like Family Law and Criminal Law), includes an attorney directory, and markets form packets. Keep in mind that the legal overviews, although informative, are general and not state specific. When reviewing the form packets be aware that many of the forms for standardize procedures are available online through the California Judicial Council FREE. The site for legal professionals http://lp.findlaw.com Provides links for legal research including links to state primary materials (cases and codes), U.S. Supreme Court cases, U.S. Codes and regulations.  Free registration may be required to access some content.

Washlaw Web http://www.washlaw.edu
This is a large portal site that provides extensive links to legal information including links to other countries, government documents, and much much more.

Legal Information Institute Cornell's comprehensive legal site with links to information by topic or jurisdiction. http://www.law.cornell.edu/
